Description

The LAT 3507 is a women's V-neck fine jersey tee built on 4.5 oz 100% combed ring-spun cotton at 30 singles. The fine jersey knit and ring-spun construction produce a smooth, tight-knit face that holds halftone detail and fine-line artwork better than open-end alternatives. The topstitched ribbed V-neck collar with self-fabric back neck tape keeps the neckline flat and clean through wash cycles without curling.

For decoration, the smooth combed ring-spun face is a strong DTG substrate. Water-based and discharge inks produce soft, in-shirt prints on the cotton solids. Screen printing with plastisol works for bold graphics with a white underbase on colored grounds. Place artwork below the V-neck opening, and keep in mind the women's cut has a narrower chest panel than unisex tees. The Heather color is 90/10 cotton/poly and discharges with slight poly ghosting. Granite Heather is 60/40 and needs a poly-block underbase.
