The LAT 2296 is a 7.5 oz 60/40 cotton/polyester youth pullover hoodie with a 100% cotton face on solid dyed colours, the youth counterpart in the LAT/Rabbit Skins family alongside the Rabbit Skins 3326 toddler hoodie. The cotton face means the outer surface of the fleece is 100% cotton, which gives it the print behaviour of a cotton garment despite the 60/40 blend composition. This cotton face is a practical advantage for screen printing: plastisol adheres to cotton with better holdout than a polyester face, and the cotton surface reduces the visible effects of dye migration compared to a poly-face fleece.
For DTF transfers, the cotton face bonds well with transfer adhesives at standard press settings. Press at the lower end of the temperature range on coloured garments as a precaution, though the cotton face reduces dye migration visibility compared to poly-face fleece. For screen printing, plastisol prints with excellent holdout on the cotton face.
