The Jerzees 443WR is a 6.5 oz women's polo in 100% ring-spun cotton piqué with a three-button placket, flat-knit collar, and side-seam construction in a women's cut. It uses the same ring-spun cotton piqué as the unisex 443MR but with a women's-specific fit, which is why uniform programs that stock both men's/unisex and women's sizes pair the 443MR and 443WR to keep fabric and color consistent across the entire staff. The ring-spun cotton gives a smoother piqué surface than open-end cotton, which improves embroidery stitch clarity. Sizes S through 2XL.
Embroidery is the primary decoration method. The 6.5 oz piqué weight supports moderate-to-full stitch density on left chest, right chest, and sleeve placements without puckering. Screen printing with plastisol works on the back panel and left chest; the piqué texture holds ink but gives a slightly textured print surface, which is standard for polo substrates. DTF transfers bond at standard press settings on the cotton face. HTV for names and numbers. DTG is not practical on piqué due to the textured surface and collar geometry. The Athletic Heather is 90/10 cotton/polyester with minimal decoration impact.
