The Jerzees 437ML is a unisex long-sleeve jersey polo in 50/50 cotton-polyester at 5.6 oz with SpotShield stain-resistance treatment. The long-sleeve format fills the gap between short-sleeve polos and button-down dress shirts for corporate casual, hospitality, and year-round uniform programs. SpotShield repels common stains, reducing replacement frequency for food-service and front-desk staff.
Embroidery is the primary decoration method for polos. The jersey knit holds stitches cleanly; use cutaway stabilizer for chest designs. DTF transfers bond to the 50/50 blend at standard press temps. Screen printing works with plastisol using poly-block additives on dark colors to prevent dye migration. Discharge is not effective on 50/50 blends.
