The 7.5 oz 50/50 cotton-poly fleece body provides midweight warmth, while the integrated gaiter adds functionality for outdoor events, cold-weather team gear, and branded promotional items that go beyond a standard hoodie.
DTF transfers are the best option for full-color work on this fleece. The smooth face of the fleece accepts DTF film cleanly at standard press temps. Screen printing works with plastisol on the chest and back panels; use a poly-block underbase on dark colors to prevent dye migration from the 50/50 blend. Embroidery holds well on the structured fleece with cutaway stabilizer for designs over 5,000 stitches. The gaiter portion can take small DTF transfers but is not suitable for embroidery due to the stretch requirement. No discharge on 50/50 blends.
