Description
The Headsweats HDSW01 is a unisex race hat with a lightweight moisture-wicking polyester shell and elastic back for a stretch fit without closure hardware. The race-inspired low-profile design targets running clubs, triathlon programs, cycling teams, and endurance event sponsors where moisture management during high-output activity is the primary requirement. The Terry SweatBand lining absorbs perspiration away from the forehead.
Embroidery is the primary decoration method on the structured front panel. The lightweight polyester shell holds stitches cleanly. DTF transfers bond to the poly surface for full-color artwork. Screen printing with plastisol works on the front panel at minimum cure temperatures for poly. Sublimation works on the white colorway only.
