The Harriton M500W is a 4.6 oz 55/45 cotton/polyester women's long-sleeve twill button-down shirt with stain-release and wrinkle-resistant finishes. The twill weave creates a smooth, professional surface that reads as a step above jersey or pique for corporate uniforms, front-of-house hospitality, and business programs. The stain-release treatment means food and beverage marks wash out more completely than from untreated fabrics, which extends the usable life of decorated garments in restaurant and event staffing programs.
Embroidery is the primary decoration method for button-down shirts. The 4.6 oz twill provides a structured surface that holds stitch detail without puckering. DTF transfers bond to the poly-cotton twill face. Screen printing with plastisol works on larger placement areas but the 45% polyester content requires a poly-blocking underbase on all colorways. The princess seams and darts create a contoured women's silhouette. Signature horn-style buttons, two-button adjustable cuffs, spread collar, and flat-felled seam finishing complete the construction.
