The PrintPro XP technology uses a high-stitch-density construction that creates a smoother, tighter face for cleaner print results and better pill resistance than standard fleece. The polyester content includes up to 5% recycled polyester sourced from plastic bottles, which gives schools and organizations a verifiable sustainability angle for spirit wear programs without changing how the garment prints or wears.

The two-ply hood has no drawcord, meeting youth safety guidelines. The extra-large front pouch pocket is sized for the garment, not scaled down from an adult pattern. For decoration, screen printing works with a poly-block underbase on dark grounds because the 50% polyester can migrate if cured too hot.
