The Hanes 4820 is a 4 oz 100% polyester Cool DRI interlock performance tee with UPF 40+ sun protection and Fresh IQ advanced odor protection. The Cool DRI technology wicks moisture and dries rapidly, making this the go-to budget performance blank for outdoor programs, athletic leagues, and work crews that need sun protection without a premium price. The Fresh IQ antimicrobial treatment controls odor between washes.
The 100% polyester construction drives the decoration strategy. Sublimation on white and light grounds is the primary advantage, producing vibrant full-colour results with zero hand feel. DTF transfers bond to the polyester interlock and block dye migration. Screen printing with plastisol needs a poly-blocking underbase and low cure on coloured grounds to prevent migration. DTG is not practical on 100% polyester. The quick-dry interlock knit has a smooth face for clean print detail. Double-needle coverseamed neck, double-needle sleeves and hem, and tear-away label complete the construction.
