For screen printing, the G650L's high stitch density cotton face provides consistent ink holdout across plastisol and water-based inks. Sport Grey is 90/10 cotton/polyester; use a low-bleed underbase on Sport Grey and any bright or reactive-dye colour to prevent dye migration at cure temperature. Solid colours are 100% cotton with no migration risk. For DTF heat transfers, the ring-spun cotton surface bonds reliably with standard DTF adhesives; the 5.3 oz weight is stable on the heat press without shifting. For DTG, the all-cotton surface on solid colours delivers full vibrancy with standard pretreat; the 24-singles tight face requires slightly less pretreat volume than coarser open-end cotton. For embroidery, the 5.3 oz weight provides adequate density for left-chest placements; use a cut-away or tear-away backing to stabilise the semi-fitted knit under the hoop.
