The Gildan 6750L is a 4.2 oz women's triblend tee spun from 50/25/25 polyester/combed ring-spun cotton/rayon at 32 singles. The tri-blend construction produces the drapey, ultra-soft hand that retail and fashion-forward programs expect, while the 50% polyester content drives the decoration strategy: polyester dye migration is a factor on every colourway at cure temperature.
DTF transfers are the most practical decoration method because the film bonds to the blended face and blocks migration from the polyester. Screen printing works with a poly-blocking underbase and moderate cure on coloured grounds. DTG is possible but the 50% polyester mutes vibrancy compared to cotton-majority blanks, and the heathered yarn construction means the undyed polyester fibres show through for a vintage faded look. Discharge ink will not strip dye from the polyester fibre, making it unsuitable. Sublimation is not viable because only half the fibre accepts sublimation dye. The semi-fitted silhouette with narrow rib collar, taped neck and shoulders, side seams, and curved bottom hem gives a retail-grade finish. Made with OEKO-TEX certified low-impact dyes. Tear-away label for relabelling.
