The Fruit of the Loom L3930R is the women's cut of the HD Cotton line, built on 5 oz preshrunk 100% cotton with a high-density weave engineered for sharper print clarity than standard cotton tees. The tighter stitch construction reduces ink soak-through on screen-printed jobs and gives DTG pretreat a flatter surface to bond to, which means finer detail holds better than on a looser weave at the same weight. The contoured women's fit with a narrower body, shorter sleeves, and scoop neck sits closer than a unisex tee without being as tight as a junior fit.
Heather and retro colors carry polyester. Athletic Heather is 90/10 cotton/poly. Graphite Heather is 70/30. Black Heather, retro heathers, neon, and safety colors are 50/50 cotton/poly. Screen printers running a program that mixes solid cottons with 50/50 retro or neon shades need to swap underbase chemistry per substrate. DTF transfers handle the full color card without adjustment because the film bonds identically to both cotton and poly surfaces.
