The Flexfit YP180 Delta X-Cap is a structured, mid-profile stretch-fitted cap built around six stitch-free seamless panels in a 92% polyester / 8% spandex shell. Where a conventional six-panel cap joins its crown with stitched seams, the Delta construction bonds the panels, so the front presents an unbroken hard-buckram surface. For decorators running embroidery-heavy headwear programs (team rosters, corporate uniforms, golf and athletic events) the seamless front is the reason to spec this cap: the needle never has to cross a seam ridge through the logo area.
Embroidery is the primary decoration method on the YP180. The 8% spandex content puts dye-migration risk on saturated colorways in play, so flash a low-bleed underbase under light inks on red, royal, and maroon caps. Sublimation is not a fit here: the shell is piece-dyed rather than printed-on white poly, so a transfer would land over an existing color. DTG does not apply to a polyester structured cap.
