The Flexfit 6597 is a performance sport cap in 100% polyester Cool & Dry moisture-wicking fabric with the signature Flexfit stretch-fit band. The structured six-panel construction with a pre-curved visor gives it a clean, athletic profile. The moisture-wicking fabric and sweatband make it suited for outdoor teams, athletic programs, and active lifestyle branding where standard cotton caps feel heavy in warm conditions.
Embroidery is the primary decoration method. The structured polyester front panels hold flat and 3D puff embroidery well. DTF transfers bond to the polyester surface at standard cap-press temps. Sublimation works on white since the fabric is 100% polyester. Woven and PVC patches sew or heat-seal cleanly. The Flexfit stretch band means the cap must be embroidered without over-hooping to avoid stretching the band.
