The Flexfit 5001 is a structured mid-profile 100% cotton twill fitted cap with the Flexfit stretch band and a curved bill. Positioned as the value entry point in the Flexfit fitted line, the 5001 gives embroidery shops and promotional decorators the Flexfit closure-free fit at a lower price than the 6277 Wooly Combed or the 6533 Ultrafibre. The cotton twill front provides a familiar embroidery surface that most cap decorators already know how to hoop and stitch.
Embroidery is the primary decoration method on the 5001. The structured cotton twill front panels hold flat and 3D puff embroidery cleanly. Patches (woven, leather, PVC) sew onto the structured front. DTF transfers bond to the cotton twill at standard press settings. Heat transfer vinyl applies for single-color logos. Sublimation will not work on 100% cotton twill.
