The Flexfit 110M is a structured six-panel mid-profile mesh-back cap that combines Flexfit's elastic sweatband technology with a plastic snapback closure. The Flexfit 110 platform solves the one-size-fits-most problem that standard snapbacks struggle with: the elastic comfort band inside the crown stretches to accommodate a wider head-size range while the snapback provides fine-tune adjustment. For decoration buyers running a single SKU across a mixed audience (corporate events, trade shows, team giveaways), the 110M reduces returns from poor fit.
The front panels use hard buckram structuring that holds shape on the shelf and under the needle. For embroidery, the structured crown is the primary decoration surface. The hard buckram provides a firm, stable stitch foundation that does not collapse or pucker under high stitch counts.
