The Flexfit 110F is a structured high-profile wool blend snapback cap with the Flexfit 110 comfort fit technology that combines the adjustable sizing of a snapback with the stretch comfort of a Flexfit band. The 83% acrylic, 15% wool, 2% spandex blend provides a premium wool-look hand without the shrinkage and moisture sensitivity of a pure wool cap, and the structured crown with buckram backing holds its shape through storage and shipping. The flat bill ships flat and can be curved by the wearer, making the 110F a versatile blank for embroidery shops, brand programs, and promotional decorators who need one cap style to satisfy both flat-bill and curved-bill preferences.
Embroidery is the primary decoration method on the 110F. The structured buckram-backed front panels hold flat and 3D puff embroidery cleanly without puckering. The high-profile crown provides a generous embroidery field for large logos and tall lettering. Patches (woven, leather, PVC) sew onto the structured front for premium brand programs. DTF transfers bond to the acrylic-wool blend at a lower press temperature to avoid heat damage to the wool fiber. Heat transfer vinyl applies for single-color logos and lettering.
