The Econscious EC7070 is a structured 6-panel trucker cap made from 70% certified organic cotton front panels and 30% recycled polyester mesh back. The organic cotton front is the embroidery and print surface; the recycled poly mesh provides airflow. For decoration shops running eco-branded programs, corporate sustainability initiatives, or retail lines that need a verifiable environmental claim, the EC7070 delivers two certifiable material stories (organic + recycled) in one cap.
The structured crown with a curved visor holds embroidery cleanly. The organic cotton twill front panels support left-chest and center-front stitch placements without puckering. DTF transfers bond to the cotton front at standard heat. Screen printing works for simple spot-color logos on the front panels. The recycled poly mesh back is not a practical decoration surface.
