The District DT6503 is a women's V-neck tee built on 4.3 oz 100% combed ring-spun cotton spun to 30 singles. The smooth combed-cotton face holds fine halftone detail and registers sharp edges on screen-printed graphics. The 1x1 rib-knit V-neckline sits flat and stretches without distortion, keeping its shape through repeated washing.
The colour card splits into three fabric groups that affect how each colour decorates. The solid colours (White, Black, New Navy, Classic Red, Deep Royal) are 100% combed cotton and take DTG, discharge, and water-based inks at full strength. The heather and frost colours (Heather Purple, Heather Cardinal, Heather Red, Heather Navy, Heather Charcoal, Heather Bright Turquoise, Gray Frost, Blush Frost, Royal Frost, Fuchsia Frost, Dusty Lavender, Dusty Peach) are 50/50 combed cotton/poly, which means poly-block underbase and moderate cure for screen printing, and muted DTG output. Light Heather Gray is 90/10 cotton/poly, the only middle-blend exception.
For decoration, DTF transfers are the most practical method across the full mixed-blend colour card because they bond consistently regardless of poly content. DTG prints are vibrant on the cotton solids and produce a faded, softer look on the 50/50 heathers and frosts. Screen printing runs clean with standard plastisol on the cotton solids. The 50/50 colours need poly-block underbase and moderate cure to prevent dye migration. Discharge printing works on cotton solids only.
