Description
The District DM108 is a 4.3 oz 60/40 ring-spun combed cotton/polyester CVC tee spun at 34 singles. The 34 singles yarn is finer than the 30 singles used in most ring-spun blanks, which produces an exceptionally smooth face for high-detail screen work and DTF transfers. The CVC blend combines the softness of combed ring-spun cotton with the shape retention and wrinkle resistance of polyester, positioning the DM108 for retail merch, event tees, and branded programs where a soft hand matters.
DTF transfers are the primary decoration method across the full color card because the transfer film blocks dye migration from the 40% polyester content. Screen printing with plastisol gives sharp holdout on the 34 singles face, but the polyester content carries migration risk on deeper colorways. Use a poly-blocking underbase on saturated colors. DTG prints on the cotton-dominant body with white underbase on darks. The Light Heather Grey colorway is 90/10 cotton/poly with minimal migration concern. The 1x1 rib knit neck and tear-away label complete the construction.
