The Dickies WS450 is a 6.75 oz 100% cotton heavyweight work t-shirt. At 6.75 oz, the WS450 is one of the heaviest cotton tees on the market, built for workwear environments where durability outweighs softness. The chest pocket includes a pencil divider, a functional detail that positions this tee for trades, construction, and maintenance programs where a pocket is expected and a pen slot is used daily.
The heavyweight jersey resists wear and holds its shape through repeated industrial laundering. Tapered neck and reinforced shoulder seams add durability at the stress points where workwear fails first. Taped seams throughout provide a cleaner interior finish. The tagless back label eliminates irritation during long shifts.
For decoration, the 100% cotton body takes every major method with zero polyester migration risk. Screen printing with plastisol is the primary method. The 6.75 oz weight prevents ink soak-through even on heavy deposits. DTF transfers bond cleanly. DTG prints with standard pretreat on darks.
