The Big Accessories BX002 is a 6-panel structured cap made from 100% brushed cotton twill. A buckram core stiffens the front panels so the crown holds its shape upright instead of slouching, which is the silhouette promotional programs, retail staff caps, and team merchandise typically want when a logo has to sit flat and read clean. The low-profile crown and pre-curved visor keep the cap close to the head without the tall front of a classic trucker.
Embroidery is the primary decoration method for the BX002. The structured front panel is the reason to choose it over the unstructured BX001: the buckram core supports the stitch field so flat embroidery and 3D puff hold their shape on the front without the fabric pulling or puckering. Cut-away backing is still standard practice for stitch registration, but the structured panel does most of the stabilizing work. Woven, leather, and PVC patches apply cleanly to the flat front with heat or stitch-down. DTF transfers bond to the brushed twill front panel with a cap press. Screen printing is limited on a curved structured front and is better suited to flat-bill or foam-front styles, so route screen-print jobs accordingly. There is no DTG or discharge path on cotton twill cap panels. The 100% cotton twill will not hold sublimation dye.
