The Big Accessories BX001 is a 6-panel unstructured cap made from 100% brushed cotton twill. The unstructured build gives the cap a relaxed, broken-in look from the first wear, which is the silhouette that casual brand, restaurant, retail staff, and promotional programs typically want. The low-profile crown sits close to the head without the tall, stiff front panel of structured caps.
Embroidery is the primary decoration method for caps. The brushed twill surface takes embroidery cleanly with good stitch definition. The unstructured front panel is softer than buckram-backed caps, so use cut-away backing and keep stitch counts moderate to avoid pulling the fabric. DTF transfers work on the flat front panel with a cap press. Screen printing is viable for simple single-color logos on the front panel.
