The sueded treatment creates a micro-brushed texture — softer and slightly napped compared to standard jersey — while the 52/48 cotton-poly blend maintains a heathered, semi-textured appearance across all colours. The 3301C sits in BC's specialty tee range alongside the triblend styles, positioned toward retail and fashion-print programs that want a premium hand feel distinct from standard jersey blanks.
For screen printing, the 52/48 cotton-poly construction creates a moderate dye migration risk on athletic and red-family colours — use a low-bleed underbase on affected colours. The sueded surface texture is softer and more open than standard jersey, so inks may require slightly higher coverage settings to achieve full opacity on the first pass. For DTF heat transfers, the sueded cotton-poly blend bonds at standard heat press settings. Use firm pressure to ensure full adhesion through the micro-brushed surface.
