The Bella+Canvas 3001T Toddler Jersey Short-Sleeve T-Shirt is a 4.2 oz/yd² 100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton blank tee in toddler sizing (2T–5T). The 3001T uses the same Airlume cotton fabric construction as the adult 3001C and youth 3001Y, making it the smallest size in BC's consistent cotton tee range. For programs running matching family sets — adult, youth, and toddler — the 3001C, 3001Y, and 3001T all use the same Airlume cotton, so ink formulas and cure settings apply consistently across all three size ranges.
For screen printing on toddler garments, platen selection is the critical variable. Toddler chest dimensions are narrow — a 6" x 8" or 8" x 10" platen is required for toddler sizes to keep the garment flat on the print bed. Standard youth platens are too large for 2T-3T sizes. Print designs for toddler decoration need to be scaled down significantly — typical left-chest logos for adults require reduction to maintain proportion on a toddler chest. For DTF heat transfers, a standard heat press applies, but press size relative to the garment should be confirmed before the run. For DTG, apply pre-treatment to the specific print area only.
