Bella+Canvas 3001CVC. 4.2 oz/yd² CVC blend — approximately 52% combed ringspun cotton, 48% polyester, though the ratio varies by colorway. Same cut as the solid 3001: side-seamed, shoulder-to-shoulder taping, tear-away label. XS through 3XL. Heather colorways only.

DTF at 320–330°F, 5–7 seconds, medium pressure. Put a Teflon sheet between the platen and the transfer — the polyester content can scorch without it. No other adjustments needed. CVC heathers run alongside solid 3001s in gang sheet jobs without changing press settings.

Natural heather texture, softer hand than open-end cotton. Color holds through repeated washing. Not for sublimation — at 48% polyester, dye migration is too low for full-color output.

No, not effectively. Sublimation requires at least 65% polyester for reasonable color output. The 3001CVC is approximately 52% cotton / 48% polyester, which produces faded, washed-out sublimation results. Use a 100% polyester blank for sublimation. For DTF on a heather blank, the 3001CVC is the correct choice.
