The Bayside BA3810 is a 100% acrylic knit beanie made in the USA. The standard no-cuff design provides a clean profile for embroidered logos without the folded cuff band of the BA3825. The acrylic knit holds consistent stitch definition across all colorways for uniform logo reproduction on team and corporate headwear programs.
Embroidery is the primary decoration method. The acrylic knit holds stitches firmly with a cut-away stabilizer inside. The front panel imprint area accommodates standard logo sizes for left-chest-equivalent placement on headwear. Woven and leather patches are a popular alternative to direct embroidery for premium brand programs.
The acrylic yarn is machine-washable, colorfast, and holds shape through repeated wear and washing without pilling or felting. Screen printing and DTF transfer are not recommended on knit beanie surfaces due to uneven texture.
