The Bayside BA1102 is a 9.5 oz 80/20 cotton/poly heavyweight crewneck sweatshirt made in the USA. At 9.5 oz, this is one of the heaviest fleece bodies available on the wholesale market. The 80% cotton face takes screen printing, DTG, and water-based inks cleaner than 50/50 fleece because there is less polyester to migrate or mute ink absorption. The 20% polyester back adds enough structure and pill resistance to survive industrial laundering without the print-quality compromises that come with higher poly content.

Coverstitching runs around the neck, shoulders, armholes, cuffs, and waistband, which makes every seam a reinforced double line that holds through repeated washing. Rib knit collar, cuffs, and waistband contain Lycra for stretch recovery, so the neckline and cuffs keep shape instead of going slack after a few dozen washes. The unobstructed crew front is the largest flat print canvas in any sweatshirt silhouette because there is no hood, pocket, or zipper breaking the surface.
