The Authentic Pigment 1915 is a direct-dyed twill visor with the soft, broken-in look that pigment dyeing produces. The 100% cotton twill shell takes embroidery well, and the pigment-dyed finish gives each visor a lived-in character that resonates with resort, outdoor, and lifestyle branding where a stiff, factory-fresh cap looks out of place.
Embroidery is the primary decoration method for visors. The cotton twill front band holds flat embroidery cleanly; 3D puff is possible but limited by the shorter decorating height of a visor band (approximately 2 inches). Woven and PVC patches sew or heat-seal to the front panel. DTF transfers bond to the cotton twill surface, though the pigment-dyed finish may slightly affect adhesion, so test on a sample first.
