The Augusta Sportswear AG4420 is a 3/4-sleeve baseball jersey constructed from 4.8 oz 50/50 polyester/cotton. The contrast-colour raglan sleeves and matching 1x1 rib-knit collar create the classic two-tone baseball silhouette. This is the 3/4-sleeve version of the Augusta 423 short-sleeve jersey, sharing the same 4.8 oz 50/50 body but adding sleeve length for cooler-weather leagues and events.
The raglan sleeve cut eliminates the shoulder seam, giving the front panel an uninterrupted surface for full-chest prints. The serged fishtail bottom provides a relaxed athletic hem. Double-needle sleeve hems add durability. A tear-away label supports relabelling for custom branding. Sizes run S-3XL.
For decoration, DTF transfers are the primary method, bonding consistently across the 50/50 blend on both body and contrast sleeves. Screen printing works with a poly-block underbase on dark and coloured grounds. The 50% polyester content carries dye migration risk at standard plastisol cure temperatures, so moderate cure and poly-block are essential on deep/saturated colours. DTG is viable but muted on the 50/50 blend. Embroidery works at moderate stitch count for left-chest placement. Vinyl HTV handles names and numbers.
