The Augusta Sportswear AG2226 is a 22 by 22 inch cotton bandana in a standard square format. The cotton fabric provides a flat printing surface for screen-printed logos, team names, and event branding. The generous size works as a headband, neck gaiter, face cover, or pocket square in team, event, and promotional programs where per-unit cost needs to stay low.
Screen printing with plastisol ink is the primary decoration method. The flat cotton surface holds ink with clean edges across the full 22 by 22 inch field. DTF transfers bond to the cotton for full-color artwork on smaller quantities. Water-based ink absorbs into the cotton for a softer hand. Sublimation will not transfer on 100% cotton. The bandana format accepts most screen print shop setups with a standard flat platen.
