The Augusta Sportswear 791 is a youth 100% polyester wicking tee built for team sports, school athletics, and youth league uniforms. The 4 oz polyester wicking knit pulls moisture off the skin for evaporation during games and practice. Color Secure technology helps prevent dye migration, which reduces the risk of garment dye bleeding into screen-printed or heat-applied graphics during curing and pressing.

For decoration, the 100% polyester body means DTF transfers are the most practical full-color method because they bond at standard heat without dye migration risk. Screen printing works with a poly-block underbase and lower cure temperature on dark colors. Sublimation transfers fully on white and light shades where the poly fiber accepts disperse dye. DTG is not recommended because water-based DTG inks need cotton fiber to bond. Scale artwork down to the youth print area.
