This is the long-sleeve counterpart to the AL1301 short-sleeve heavyweight, sharing the same relaxed body and durable open-end construction. The 18 singles open-end yarn produces a slightly textured face that holds heavy ink deposits well for bold screen print work, though fine halftone detail shows more dot gain compared to ring-spun alternatives like the Bella+Canvas 3501 or Next Level 3601.
The heavyweight 6 oz body gives embroidery hoops a stable, dense substrate with no puckering, and the set-in rib collar with shoulder-to-shoulder taping keeps the neckline flat through wash cycles.
