Description
The All Sport W7000 is a 2-inch wide double-layer performance headband with StretchFlex technology for lasting recovery and consistent fit. The standard colorways are 90/10 nylon/spandex, while Athletic Heather, Heather Navy, and safety colors use 90/10 polyester/spandex, and Dark Grey Heather runs a 50/40/10 nylon/polyester/spandex tri-blend.
Built-in moisture wicking and antimicrobial treatment make the W7000 a functional piece for athletic teams, fitness studios, and outdoor event programs. The flatlock stitch and back seam construction eliminates pressure points against the skin during extended wear. Folded edges prevent curling and rolling during movement.
For screen printing and sublimation shops, the polyester-content heather and safety colors are sublimation compatible for full-width custom designs. The nylon-dominant standard colors take DTF film and plastisol screen print at nylon-safe temperature. The 2-inch width limits imprint height, so keep artwork scaled to approximately 1.5 inches tall for clean registration.
