The All Sport W6700 is a 3.5 oz 100% polyester interlock women's race short with a built-in inner brief, designed for athletic programs, cheer squads, track teams, and gym uniforms where a lightweight, moisture-wicking short needs to carry a team logo or sponsor mark. The interlock knit provides a smooth, opaque face that sits flat for decoration, and the inner brief eliminates the need for a separate compression layer underneath.
DTF transfers are the primary decoration method on the W6700. The 100% polyester interlock bonds well with DTF adhesives and delivers full-color artwork on the flat side panel or front thigh. Use a polyester-safe press temperature to avoid glossing the interlock face. Sublimation works on white and light-colored shorts where the poly content accepts full-color dye transfer for all-over and panel designs. Screen printing with plastisol works on the flat panels; use a poly-blocking underbase and minimum effective cure temperature on all colors to prevent dye migration from the polyester fiber. Heat transfer vinyl applies cleanly for numbers and names. Embroidery is not recommended on the lightweight 3.5 oz interlock because the needle perforations can compromise the fabric's stretch and moisture-wicking properties.
