Description
The All Sport W1009 is a 4.1 oz women's performance short-sleeve tee constructed from 100% polyester interlock with moisture-wicking and antimicrobial properties. The women's cut features fitted shoulders and a slightly scooped neckline that differentiates it from the unisex M1009 in the same fabric. At 4.1 oz, the lightweight interlock dries rapidly and sits flat on the body without the cling of thinner polyester knits.
The 100% polyester construction opens up sublimation as the primary decoration method on white and light grounds, producing vibrant full-colour results with zero hand feel. DTF transfers bond to the polyester interlock and block dye migration across all colourways. Screen printing with plastisol needs a poly-blocking underbase and low cure on coloured grounds to prevent migration. DTG is not practical on 100% polyester. The smooth interlock face holds fine print detail better than mesh or pique surfaces. Set-in sleeves and a self-fabric collar complete the build.
