The Adams LP104 Optimum II True Colors Cap is a garment-washed cotton twill cap with an unstructured low-profile crown and a pre-curved bill. The garment wash gives the LP104 a broken-in, vintage look straight out of the box, which appeals to decorators producing retail-ready headwear that does not look stiff or new. The cotton twill accepts embroidered logos and DTF transfers for branded programs, retail lines, and event merchandise.
Embroidery is the primary decoration method. The unstructured crown collapses slightly, so use a backing cap frame or a stabilizer hoop to keep the panel taut during stitching. DTF transfers bond to the cotton twill for full-color artwork.
