The Champion T1397 is a 5.2 oz 100% cotton raglan baseball tee with contrast 3/4-length sleeves and the Champion C logo on the left sleeve. The branded C logo gives the T1397 a built-in retail perception that unbranded raglan blanks lack, which positions it for merch programs, pop-up retail, and branded event giveaways where the Champion mark adds perceived value. The contrast rib collar matches the sleeve color for a cohesive two-tone colorblock look.
Screen printing with plastisol is the primary decoration method. The 100% cotton body takes ink with zero dye migration risk and the 5.2 oz weight prevents soak-through on detailed prints. DTF transfers bond cleanly across all colorways. DTG prints with standard pretreat on darks. Water-based and discharge inks work on the 100% cotton body for soft-hand finishes. The Oxford Gray colorway is 90/10 cotton/polyester with minimal migration concern. The tag-free neck label, double-needle sleeves and bottom hem, and exterior jocktag at left hem complete the construction.
